From Order to Provisioning

Order without login

On the pricing page, select model and configuration, then billing cycle and region; verify total price and initiate payment—no prior login required.

After payment, the page will guide you to log in or register quickly. The system will try to merge related orders where compliant.

Payment → Ticket Creation

After the gateway confirms receipt, the backend auto-creates a delivery ticket; the data-center team reviews stock and begins provisioning.

Queue and setup time vary with load. Ticket status can be tracked in the dashboard.

SSH · VNC · Ticket Operations

Once ready, SSH port and key or VNC access details are in the console order details. Change default credentials on first login.

Power operations (on/off/hard restart) must be requested via ticket for traceability. No one-click button in console.

My Dashboard

After activation, use the dashboard as the single hub: view orders, subscriptions, bandwidth, disk, and open tickets.

Renewal and refund policies as published. Initiate renewal or cancellation before expiry to avoid suspension.
